Le prochain rendez-vous du Groupe les Gauches en Amérique Latine portera sur le thème:

Mobilisations d’immigrés et gauche latino-américaine aux États-Unis : le printemps 2006 et au-delà.

Ainsi nous aurons le plaisir d’accueillir Mathieu Bonzon, dont sont excellent travail de thèse, soutenu  à l’Université Paris-Est Créteil en décembre 2012, vient justement d’obtenir le prix de Thèse 2013 de l?Institut des Amériques.

Maitre de Conférences en anglais (civilisation américaine) à l’Université d’Orléans. Les recherches de sa thèse ont été fondées sur une enquête de terrain dans le grand mouvement immigré du printemps 2006. Il posera la question du rôle de militants issus de certains secteurs de la gauche latino-américaine, et celle des liens entre les dispositions socio-politiques des immigrés et les mouvements sociaux de leurs pays d’origine (Mexique notamment), aux États-Unis aujourd’hui.

Mapping South African Black Theology  from a Central European Approach

Silvia Kamanova studied theology and social sciences at the Hussite Theological Faculty in Prague, in Basel (Switzerland) and in Freiburg i.B. (Germany). A preacher of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church in the city of Brno, Czech Republic, her current PhD project is on the “Theology of the Afrikaner Reformed Churches, South African Theology and the Phenomenon of South African Black Theology”. For this research she is based at the School of Religion, Philosophy and Classics at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Pietermaritzburg.
